Ever wanted to put on some smooth, slow and sexy rnb and just get down with your bad self? Babes, now is your chance! Join Bailey for an hour of floor and chair choreography, designed for all levels but moving at a beginner pace. We’re not looking for tricky, this class is designed for those who would like to move at a slower pace and take the time to enjoy the dance, feel sexy and to embrace being sensual in their movements! At the end of each class, lights will be dimmed and you will have the chance to film if you wish. Wear your normal burly attire or dress up ( ah- down) and get ready to feel like the sexy bass ass babe you are! * No dance or burlesque experience is needed for this class * 18+ * Class is held at the Boutique burlesque studios , Suite 1, 37 Sydney st * Classes are non refundable About Your Teacher: Miss Bailey-Bliss, is the dancing darling of burlesque who hits the stage full of sass, tease and style. Bailey has worked in the entertainment industry for 13 years as both a professional dancer and burlesque performer. She danced in Melbourne for almost four years as a commercial dancer performing at prestigious corporate events, for tv shows such as the Good Friday Appeal, the AFL Footy Show and Thank God Your Here, as a Storm Cheerleader, and Cheerleader in Dubai for the Rugby World Cup 2009 just to name a few of her dance credentials. She then went on to perform for Princess Cruises America, training in LA and sailing the seas in America. Bailey then moved to London and discovered the world of Burlesque, she worked in cabaret club The Green Room for a year and with burlesque company, Cabaret Rouge performing burlesque as both a solo and group artist in London's burlesque and corporate scene. Bailey returned home to Australia and has since performed for Red Bennies, The Australian Burlesque Festival, Bombshell Burlesque, Press Club, Vanguard and for private events in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and North Queensland. Bailey returned home to Mackay and established Boutique Burlesque by Bailey in 2016 and is honoured to teach her wonderful students the beautiful art of tease. She produces ‘This is Burlesque’ yearly (covid permitting) featuring burlesque headlining acts from all over Australia, local burlesque events with Mackay talent and regular student showcases.
