Workshop Date: 14/11/24 Time: 11am-12.15pm Please Bring: Shoes you can move/dance in, notebook/pen or notes taking app, water bottle, comfy clothes you can move in. This is not a class on how to do your best eisteddfod smile. This is a class on how to terrify the audience with how much charisma you have (despite whether you think you have it or not.) Burlesque is one of the few art forms where we can break the fourth wall....or remove it altogether. Bringing in our audience in and along for the ride is a big part of the fun of performing and this workshop is for anyone who wants to learn to level up their performances. We'll do a bunch of talking, and bunch of exercises, and then finish off with some choreography to Sabrina Carpenter's Expresso to test out our newly learned skills. This class is suitable for students of all levels of fitness, all levels of experience and all gender expressions.
