This class is all about feeling powerful, playful, and unapologetically hot while you move. Each class is broken into four dynamic sections led by two to four different instructors, each bringing their own signature style and attitude. From bold, band-inspired movement to ’80s flair, Latin heat, and more, you’ll experience four distinct vibes in every class. While the music and weekly flow change, each instructor teaches their consistent set—so you can build strength, stamina, and confidence while still keeping things fresh. Open to students 18+, Bad Babe Burn is not about perfection—it’s about sweating, smiling, moving your body with intention, and leaving feeling like that babe. Expect fun, sass, and serious energy in a supportive, judgment-free space.
