This contemporary class combines flow, balance and floor work. You’ll grow confident moving to and from the floor and learn basic technique and routines that feel smooth and comfortable in your body. There will be options for movements, if you feel up for a challenge or want to focus on the foundations. No experience needed - just bring yourself, knee pads and comfortable clothing.
