This class is Open to all however has been designed for those over 45 and beyond ✨ COSTUME: TBC ACT DESCRIPTION: Channeling the sultry swagger of Victoria Spivey's "Red Hot Woman," this showcase group brings 1920s glamour to the stage. Costume — 1920s flapper dress, gloves, thigh high stockings, and a fan in hand. Expect sass, shimmy, and all the smoky charm of a Prohibition-era nightclub. You won't want to miss this one! Choose Your Finish Line: Our six-week courses are designed to let you deep dive into the art of burlesque, honing in on one routine over 6 weeks allowing you to experience the joy of learning burlesque without requiring you to commit to performing before you know how it feels. During the first four weeks, you’ll learn choreography, explore performance skills and build the routine alongside your class. In Week 4, you can choose the finish line that feels right for you: Studio stunners: Continue learning and enjoying the routine in class, with no expectation to perform. Stage sirens: Continue through placing, polishing and rehearsals before performing the completed group number in our student showcase.
